1. Overview

This website is operated by ZENFADEN SOFTWARE AND CONSULTANCY - FZCO (“Zenfaden,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority under Trade License Number 73467.

Throughout the website, the terms “you” and “customer” refer to any person who visits the website or purchases a product from us.

By visiting zenfaden.com, using any part of the website, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies made available on the website.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your country or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website and place an order.

You may not use our products or website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, colors, dimensions, availability, and photographs accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, manufacturing batch, or other reasonable factors.

Product packaging may differ from the images shown without affecting the product’s essential characteristics.

We reserve the right to update product information, correct errors, or discontinue products at any time. These rights do not affect orders already accepted or mandatory consumer rights.

4. Third-Party Fulfillment

Some products may be stored, processed, packaged, or shipped by third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Products in the same order may therefore arrive in separate packages or at different times.

The use of third-party fulfillment partners does not remove Zenfaden’s legal responsibilities as the seller toward the customer.

5. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin processing it, subject to payment authorization, product availability, fraud checks, and applicable law.

We may reject or cancel an order before shipment if:

  • Payment cannot be authorized

  • The product is unavailable

  • Pricing or product information contains a clear error

  • The order is suspected to be fraudulent

  • Shipping to the destination is restricted or unavailable

  • The order would violate applicable law

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected through the original payment method.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Charges

Product prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise clearly stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other order charges will be displayed during checkout before payment, where applicable.

Customers will not be charged undisclosed product, shipping, or payment fees after an order has been placed.

A customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may independently apply currency-conversion or international-transaction fees. These external charges are determined by the relevant financial institution and are outside our control.

7. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.

Payments are processed by independent payment service providers. We do not directly store complete credit or debit card details.

Your payment provider or bank may apply currency conversion charges, international transaction fees, or other charges that are outside our control.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated processing and delivery times are shown on product pages, at checkout, or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Risk of loss remains with Zenfaden until the product is delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Eligible orders may be cancelled within one hour after being placed.

After this period, an order may have entered processing with a fulfilment partner, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Return, refund, damaged-item, and other post-purchase requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Because products may be fulfilled from different locations, customers must contact us before returning an item. The authorized return address and instructions may vary by order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including the Zenfaden name, branding, text, graphics, designs, photographs, videos, icons, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Zenfaden and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or exploit website content without prior written permission.

11. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to submit it

  • It is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • It does not violate another person’s rights

  • It is not unlawful, misleading, abusive, or malicious

You grant Zenfaden a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity

  • Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or another user’s account

  • Collect personal information without authorization

  • Interfere with the website’s security or operation

We may suspend access or cancel fraudulent orders where permitted by law.

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily suspend or update the website for maintenance, security, technical, or operational reasons.

15. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenfaden is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

16. Indemnification

Where permitted by law, you agree to compensate Zenfaden for reasonable losses arising directly from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms.

This provision does not apply where it would unfairly restrict mandatory consumer rights.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the website, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct.

Obligations and liabilities arising before termination will remain in effect.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer protections that may apply under the laws of the customer’s place of residence.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent authority or court having jurisdiction under applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes in law, our services, or our business practices. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes will not unfairly alter rights relating to orders placed before the updated Terms became effective.
