Where do you ship?
We currently offer free standard shipping to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States, including Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and military addresses are not currently supported.
When will my order arrive?
Processing generally takes 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time is 1–9 business days after dispatch, giving a total estimated delivery time of 2–12 business days including processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Read our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation or the order-status link in your order confirmation email. See Track Order for help. Items may arrive in separate packages.
What is included with my purchase?
Check each product description for the exact tool, quantity, size and color included. Shampoo, toothpaste and styling accessories are not included unless explicitly listed. The DELOMO glove is a single right-hand glove, not a pair.
Can I return an item?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Eligibility conditions apply. Customers pay return shipping for approved change-of-mind returns; Zenfaden covers reasonable return shipping for confirmed damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect items. What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. Keep the item and packaging while we review your request.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact us immediately. Eligible orders may be cancelled within one hour, as set out in our return policy. Once processing or dispatch has begun, changes may no longer be possible.

Which tool should I choose for pet hair?
For compatible upholstery, consider the Tailio reusable roller. For quick clothing touch-ups, consider the Polardo adhesive rollers. Neither should be used directly on animals. For coat care, choose a designated grooming glove, brush or comb and check the product instructions.
Are these tools suitable for every pet?
Suitability depends on coat type, skin condition and your pet’s tolerance. Use gentle pressure and stop if your pet is uncomfortable. Do not force combs through tight mats. Ask a groomer or veterinarian when needed.
