Domestic Shipping (United States)

All delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Orders placed after 1 PM EST may not be processed until the following business day.

Important Notes for International Orders:
- Customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery times may be affected by customs processing in your country.

- International orders over $100 USD may require signature upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number and email address.
Common Tracking Statuses:
- Order Placed: Your order has been received but not yet processed.
- Processing: Your order is being prepared for shipping.
- Shipped: Your order has been shipped and is on its way.
- Out for Delivery: Your order is on the delivery vehicle for final delivery.
- Delivered: Your order has been delivered.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact our customer service team.
